I was so excited to have a Morgan and Jay’s wedding at the fabulous Morning Glory Farm in Monroe, NC. You see, they happen to be an insanely fun couple with a fabulous sense of humor so they are a perfect match for my wacky personality. We had such a blast at their engagement session so I knew the wedding would be even more amazing. They chose to do a first look and this was excellent since it gave us a chance to get some amazing bride and groom portraits before the ceremony and go ahead and knock out family photos as well. Morgan also opted to do a first look with her father and that was a very touching moment.
When I say I loved Morgan’s dress I mean it with all my heart. I don’t think in all my years I have had a chance to photograph a bride in a true princess style dress….and Morgan looked absolutely gorgeous in it. I adore veils especially longer ones so this bride was a goddess to me! Not to mention her impeccable hair and makeup!
Jay had some pretty dapper style as well, sporting a very unique feather bow tie. I have never seen one like that…way cool!
The vintage doors at Morning Glory Farm is one of my favorite features and you will see that we made sure to use them to their fullest potential!
